Help!
I am a Stanford staff member whose Downtown Palo Alto residence of nine years is going to be converted into office space. I was informed in early December and I must be out at the end of January.
The issue that has made it difficult for me to find a new place to rent is that I have an elderly Golden Retriever. (He turned 15 years old on Jan. 7th, but is doing quite well for his age) He loves everyone and all other dogs and has never been a barker. In his old age he has lost his voice anyway.
I am a non-smoking non-partying quiet person who respects other people's property and can give excellent references.
I have been looking for a place anywhere between Mt. View and Redwood City, but the vast majority of listings stipulate "No pets" or "No Animals". I have even been in contact with the Peninsula SPCA, but have had no luck at all.
If anyone owns a unit to rent or hears of one, please contact me.
Thank You, Joe Pellow
