I am a female Ph.D student at University of South Florida, in Tampa, FL. I will graduate in May, 2012. I will move to the bay area around Mar 26 for job hunting in computer companies. I will rent the room for 3 months first. If it is not far away to my future working place, I will rent the room for long-term.

I am looking for a room in an apt such that

In a safe neighborhood in peninsular area

Prefer female roommates.

With private bathroom.

Use of kitchen, dinning room, living room etc. public area.

It is better to be furnished.

No smoking, no drugs.

I am a responsible person and have good credit history. I would like to share chores to keep the apt clean and neat. I am no-drug, no-smoke and have no overnight guest.
