I'm looking to move a bit north of Stanford, preferably halfway between Stanford and San Mateo. I'm looking for my own bedroom, although I don't care about sharing a bathroom. Ideally rent wouldn't be more than $800 a month, $900/mo if it includes all the utilities.

I might have a roommate who is looking for a similar situation, so I would also be interested in 2-bedroom $1600/mo apartments.

I am female, clean and neat, do not smoke or do drugs or have pets.
