Hi . I am a post doc fellow at Stanford and had parked a 2.0 professional Fuji Road bike at the parking lot near Clark center about 2 weeks ago. I filed a complaint with the cops and also checked Craigslist and eBay regularly without any lead regarding my bike.
The general attitude around appears to accept bike robbery as a normal phenomenon at Stanford and I would like to change this perception by trying to send a message across to these guys who steal bikes that they " cant take us for a ride" and get away with stealing bikes.
I might not get my bike back but I have 2 good plans to catch these guys when they attempt to rob one next time. Need support from like minded people. If anyone is willing to help me in this then please email me and I will share with you possible ideas and you can share some thoughts as well.
Here is a pic of my bike if you have seen it.
Lets make a difference !!!
