My fiancée and I are hoping to move into a one bedroom apartment in the Stanford area starting mid-June or July 1. If you have a year lease that runs until August 31st, but want to move out earlier in the summer, we'd be happy to sublet from you for the remainder of the lease, and then take it over come September 1! We are very flexible with dates. We are clean, neat, quiet, no pets, and non-smokers. I am a Stanford doctoral student and my fiancée works in environmental consulting and advocacy.
