We are a recent Stanford grad, a co-term, and brother of the co-term. We want to move into an off-campus apartment, preferably nearby a Caltrain station, starting in early-to-mid June. If you have a lease and aren't staying the summer, this is perfect for you.

We're planning to stay in this place for at least a year, so a summer sublet is less desirable. We'll pay whatever you're paying in rent.
