Grad student seeks furnished studio or 1-bedroom apartment/cottage with full kitchen near campus. I am most interested in renting in College Terrace, down/midtown Palo Alto, or in central Menlo Park. I would also consider 1 bedroom in a larger apartment if the bedroom has its own bathroom.

My dates are somewhat flexible, particularly in the spring. August 20, 2012-end of March 2013. No car, no pets, quiet lifestyle.

I prefer to pay no more than 1300 including utilities.
