My roommate and I are hoping to move off campus at the end of May. We're two women searching for two bedrooms in a house within biking distance of campus (3 miles). We'd like to pay under 1000 in rent. We are both quiet, respectful, and neat. We like to have friends over occasionally for dinner parties and movie nights (but not wild parties), and we'd enjoy being able to hang out and cook with our roommates. We're second year PhD students in biology, so we'll be around for several years and we'd prefer a long-term lease.
