Palo Alto or Menlo Park rental wanted for a Stanford '06 graduate, his wife, 3 young children (20 mo. old + 3 mo. old twins.), and small dog who are relocating to this area.

Ideally, the home would feature:

- roughly 1800 sq ft.
- 3 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- garage
- minimum 6 month lease
