I am looking for someone to "sublet" me an EV single for the summer, but can't buy one myself since I am an undergrad. I will pay $300 + for someone to buy an apt. for me, obviously I would pay for the apt. in full as well.

(I'm a Junior undergrad studying for the MCATS and living on a budget which is why I'm looking for a quieter place to live this summer, and you would be my hero to help me with this) I will also bake you bread! I make a mean focaccia.
