Hi,

I'm looking for a place that's ~15 min from campus, no pets, single or women only. I don't drink or smoke, I usually don't bring people over, and I love to make desserts (see photo) which we can then work off by biking and walking around town! :) I'm well versed in cohabitation - I used to live in a one-room triple, so we're basically going to be the best summer buddies ever.

Price range - rent + utilities included: ~$700. Willing to negotiate.

I'm an undergrad - no subleases, sorry :(
