I am recruiting one to two for a small startup, which is led by the co-founder of a prominent site with close to 50 million unique monthly visitors. This would be a summer position in the palo alto area (with the potential of becoming full or part-time), and you would be programming in Ruby on Rails (not too difficult to learn). Benefits:
