Backstory: I don't have many friends, and the few I have, mean the world to me. One is exploring the forests of Ecuador, and the other two are pursuing their dreams in Chicago and New York. There was one friend who stayed in the Bay area though, and she would take "sojourns" from SF to check up on me. She passed away this April.
So I've been playing music in the Caltrain tunnel every night since then.
I saw you on April 16th, you listened to me play "Empty chairs" from Les Miserables. You had a very pretty smile, and a piercing above an eye. And you were kinda butch, which is pretty cool : ). You graduated from Hawaii, state college in Bio Tech, earned a lab position at Stanford, and moved to San Jose. Most importantly, you like Mulan.
I haven't seen you since that day, and I stopped playing every night as of last week though (I pissed off the homeless people sleeping down there, and in return they started pissing in my spot). I guess I scare people away because I am odd, but you seem pretty chill, and in the two months I played in the Caltrain tunnel, you were one of the few people to start a conversation with me. Most people just give me ugly looks, or run down, scream "fucking weirdo" and quickly hop the caltrain. There was also this one psychopath who kept checking if I was gone (I think he drew the giant swatiska on the wall).
