I'm a college student who is very easygoing and responsible. I and my friend are looking for a studio and we plan to move in by the end of June. We will take care very well of your house and keep it clean. The ideal location is within 15 to 20 minutes bicycle's distance to Stanford, either in downtown Palo Alto or menlo Park.
