Do you have a child entering kindergarten or first grade in the fall?
We are a group of child development specialists from the Stanford University School of Education
working with Bay Area schools. We are interested in understanding how children's bodies respond
to various challenges they encounter in their daily lives and how children's skills in paying attention,
regulating behavior, and staying on task help them adjust to those challenges.
You are invited to participate in our project
on school success and positive adjustment!
Parents will be paid $40 in appreciation of their time,
and the child will receive stickers and a small gift.
(We will provide childcare for siblings.)

Nosotros somos un grupo de especialistas de la Escuela de Educación en la Universidad de Stanford y trabajamos en el desarrollo de los niños de las escuelas del Area de la Bahia de San Francisco. Estamos interesados en entender como el cuerpo de los niños responde a los desafíos que ellos enfrentan en sus vidas diarias, y como la habilidad de prestar atención, regular el comportamiento y concentración en las actividades les ayuda a adaptarse a esos desafíos.

Los padres recibirán $40 por su tiempo y su hijo/a recibirá calcomanías (stickers) y un pequeño regalo.
