hello!

i am a recent Stanford graduate with both a master and bachelor degree from Stanford. i'm female and in my early 20's. i will be working part-time at a test prep company in Palo Alto the coming year. i am looking for a room starting late July/early August in a house on or near the Stanford campus. having my own bathroom would be great, but i'm ok with a shared bath.

i am good with kids (have tutored both elementary, middle, and high schoolers) and basic house chores. i could probably do 10-12hrs worth of work (tutoring, babysitting, grocery shopping, cleaning, etc.)(not great at cooking, though) weekly, since i will only be working part-time.
