I'll be starting a PhD program at Stanford this fall. I'm moving from out of state but would be willing to do a skype interview. I am a neat, laid-back 26 year old who like to go hiking, do light cooking, exercise and chill out. I am looking for a low-key living environment that will allow me to have a place to come home to and rest after studying/research during the day.

My price range is $750-1150/mo depending on whether utilities are included in the rent or not.
