We're a Stanford couple looking to rent a 1 bd/1 ba apartment or studio in the Palo Alto or Menlo Park area starting mid to late August (preferably late August) or September 1st. Nine month or one year lease preferred with the option to renew.

Rent of <$1800 (including utilities) or <$1700 (not including utilities).
