I'm leaving a pretty great shared Victorian flat (one of very few) in Palo Alto to get closer to friends, family, good food, and such. I've never paid rent or utilities late, and I plan to keep this up. I'm also happy to put my name down on utility accounts, and generally help out with logistics.
