Room can come furnished with a bed and dresser for a small, negotiable fee. Bed is from Sleepy's and less than a year old. Comes with a box spring. Rent is $1,375 plus $18-22 for utilities per month. Internet is $15/month.
We are two young professionals in our late-20s working in finance and law. We keep it quiet on the weekdays, since we work long hours, but like to have fun around the city on the weekends. Our home environment is laid back and respectful.
First and last month’s rent, plus security deposit, is required. Preferably looking for someone Sept 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013"
