As the subject says, I'm looking for housing :)
Lease Type: I'm looking for anything ranging from a short month-to-month lease, quarter-wise sublet or a year long lease.
Apartment/Room type: The types of apartments I'm looking for are either an on-campus sublet Studio apartment OR a private 1BR-1BA in a larger house OR looking for prospective roommates who'd like to share a home. For example, it would be great if someone interested in this sort of a place pinged me > http://supost.com/post/index/115925
We could get it together.
Location: As with all real estate, it is location, location, location for me :) I don't possess a car and so a place further away than about 3-4 miles away from the Main Quad might be difficult for me. Let me know in any case.
About Me:
I'm a 22 year old graduate student in the MS&E program and Public Policy program at Stanford University. I'm reasonably neat and clean, cook very rarely(so the kitchen stays untouched :D), don't drink, smoke or smoke up though I do enjoy the company of those who do :) and am an active Redditor with low karma points. A sucker for old cinema and live music, I plan to go see many more films at the Stanford Theater, live concerts in SF and other places along the Caltrain, in the coming year.
So, basically, no drama and a reasonably fun chap :)
