I'm a 2011 Stanford grad, former Rains resident, and looking for a place to stay on campus during this fall quarter for my nearby internship. My preference is Rains, but I'm open to other options. I'm willing to pay higher than your cost, and maybe even higher than your highest offer, because I love Stanford!
