I'm a mid-20s graduate student in the MS&E program at Stanford University. I'm reasonably neat and clean, cook very occasionally(so the kitchen is usually clean :D ), don't drink, smoke or smoke up though I do enjoy the company of those who do :) I'm rather obsessive about keeping the restroom clean and tend to stock up the kitchen with a lot of ready-to-eat and microwavable stuff.
Lease Type: I'm looking for anything ranging from a short month-to-month lease, quarter-wise sublet. I need it for a minimum of 3 months and may decide to extend later.
