Looking for someone to do the Insanity Asylum workouts with.

If you're never heard of Beachbody, p90x or Insanity Asylum you should do a little Googleing to find out more.

I'm looking to workout according to the Insanity schedule which calls for once per day, 6 days per week. I have plenty of time during the day and evening, so I'm sure we can find a time that works. Consistency is perhaps the most important element of the program. So I'm looking for a workout partner that is willing to workout at least 4 - 5 times per week. Workouts last, at max, one hour. I'm willing to restart the program so the two of us are in sync with the Insanity calendar.

Insanity Asylum can be tough, so if you want to try it out before you commit let me know. I have all the workout videos. The workout routine doesn't require much equipment (one set of weights/band, and a water bottle). I have the minimum necessary for two people. If you like the program, you may end up wanting to buy one set of weights, but you're always welcome to use the stuff I have.

I've been though the full regime of p90x a few times. Recently moved on to Insanity Asylum. Both give you a great sense of accomplishment, will get you in fantastic shape and make you feel and look great if you just follow the workout.

I don't care if you're in bad shape or are fantastically fit, experienced with Beachbody or never even heard of p90x. All that matters is that you're willing to push yourself. Its a great motivator to workout with someone, especially someone that won't give up. I can promise that to you, if you're willing to return it.
