The Imaging Systems for Radiotherapeutics group focuses on the design and development of novel imaging devices and applications as well as state of the art radiotherapy delivery techniques using radiotherapy systems. The research group is currently looking for an undergraduate research assistant interested in medical imaging with experience/coursework in robotics, electrical engineering, or computer science.

The main duties of the job will be to work on expanding and implementing changes to imaging software used to analyze the viewpoint of a robotic arm to enable continuously controlled 4D ultrasound imaging during radiation therapy. You will have the ability to work/code remotely or in the Radiation Oncology Department. If interested, please read below.

Qualifications
Stanford Undergraduate
Attention to detail
Strong desire to learn, high energy, self-motivated
Coursework or comparable experience in CS, EE, Biology, Robotics

Students who are eligible can receive Federal Work Study at a rate of $13/hr. Hours are flexible, but we request at least a one quarter commitment. Two or more quarters is preferred.
