I'm 6'2'' and weigh 156 lbs. Go to the gym a few times a week but have never followed a particular workout routine. Want to take it to the next level with the college trainer. You must be willing work out 5-6 times a week, have had some gym experience, and be determined to CRUSH the workouts.
