Student Bodies is a no-cost 10-week online program aimed at improving your relationship with food, disordered eating behaviors and the way you feel about your body. You will learn healthy weight regulation techniques, ways to reduce distress regarding eating behaviors, and join an anonymous online community to talk with other individuals regarding your weight and eating concerns.
