Me and my wife are looking for a 1BR/Studio furnished or unfurnished at a convenient distance to Stanford (biking distance). In particular, we like to have it for 9-12 months beginning from December 1st or earlier than that. We are very considerate, clean, friendly, non smoking and non alcoholic couple. I am working as a research associate in the Department of Statistics and my contract period is two years. My wife is also a researcher.
