My name is Carlos, a grad student at Stanford. I am seeking housing for my mother and sister near the Stanford area. My father asked me to keep the family together before he passed away recently, so I am doing all I can to move them to this area.
2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom would be nice, and the closer to campus the better. Both my mother and sister are extremely neat and clean. My mother has been a homemaker for the past 25 years. My sister is in her high school years but is rather responsible for her age, currently working to pay the bills. If you should to rent my family, rest assured the locale will be well taken care of.
I aim to move them in sometime this January. All other issues have already been sorted out, I just need a place for them to live while I study. Please do not hesitate to contact me; I will endeavor to do all I can to meet you and see the locale for myself.
