Hi, I'm a PhD student at Stanford and I'm looking for housing between January 25th and February 26th. Specifically any non-shared place on campus or at walking distance from campus will do. For example, a Studio, a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment, or any EV apartment with more rooms would work. Ongoing Stanford rates seem reasonable but I'm willing to sublet it for a longer period of time (2 months) or pay a higher rate. I would also pay for a cleaning service at the end of the sublet. Please let me know if you can only sublet your place for part of this period, to see if that might also work.
