I'm a Resident Fellow on campus and my mom (very mellow and responsible, in her 60s) is looking for a place to stay on spring break or thereabouts (can also start late march and last past break into april) so she can come visit when our baby is born. EV would be ideal, but she's interested in a small, affordable, private sublet anywhere safe and within easy reach of campus.
