I'm a Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineer who is about to come to Stanford for a postdoc. I'll be coming along with my wife and our 11 month old puppy (spayed pointer-setter mix, 35 lbs). We are a clean, quiet, responsible and easy-going couple (9 years together, 8 months married) with various interests and hobbies.
We are looking for a studio or 1-bedroom house/apartment/cottage and we are open to both fixed term or month to month leases. Our budget could be anywhere from $1300 to $1800 depending on the house, its location and amenities offered. Our move in date could be from late March to early/mid April.
