We are currently recruiting Stanford University employees who suffer from back pain and work in an office setting. After you complete the survey, we will review your answers and contact you to let you know if you are eligible to enroll in the study. All responses are kept strictly confidential and the survey is conducted using Stanford's HIPAA-compliant high-security web server.
