Palo Alto Delivery (www.paloaltodelivery.com) delivers food from the best restaurants in Palo Alto. We've been growing quickly and need more delivery drivers. If you have a car and a smartphone, this is a fun way to work part time without much commitment required.
Details of the job:
- We operate from 5-8pm every night. You can let us know what nights work for you, as long as you can do at least 2 nights per week.
- You'd interact with a dispatcher who lets you know where to go and sends you order information. You'll pickup orders from restaurants and bring them to customers.
- We pay an hourly rate plus an amount per delivery: $6 per hour and $4 per delivery. We average 2 deliveries per hour, so it should be about $14/hour, sometimes more sometimes less. We don't pay a flat hourly rate because this way if we make more money, so do you. You also keep all tips.
You need:
- Car
- Driver's insurance
- Smartphone for email/text/GPS
- Friendly attitude
- Knowledge of campus preferred
