We're looking for delivery drivers for our restaurant delivery service, Palo Alto Delivery. We deliver from Palo Alto's best restaurants to campus and Palo Alto. This is a fun and flexible job and you don't have to commit to much up front.
Details of the job:
- We operate from 5-8pm every night. You can let us know what nights work for you, as long as you can do at least 2 nights per week.
- You'd interact with a dispatcher who lets you know where to go and sends you order information on your smartphone. You'll pickup orders from restaurants and bring them to customers.
- We pay an hourly rate plus an amount per delivery: $8 per hour and $4 per delivery. We average 2 deliveries per hour, so it should be about $16/hour, sometimes more sometimes less. We don't pay a flat hourly rate because this way if we make more money, so do you. You also keep all tips.
