My friend (he is not a Stanford student) is looking for a bd/studio nearby Stanford (Menlo Park, Palo Alto and Mountain View) from 5/13~5/28 and 6/15~7/11.

Dates are slightly negotiable.
The budget is $30/day (or lower)
Better fully furnished. partially furnished is also acceptable.
