General Information
Campus Mobile is a Verizon Authorized Retailer operated by SSE. This venture provides the Stanford community with Verizon products and services. The office is located at 520 Lasuen Mall, Rm 103, Stanford, Ca 94305.
Sample Responsibilities (Manager)
• Manage Campus Mobile Specialists (CMS)
• Ensure CMS are completing online trainings
• Communicate directly with Verizon account managers
• Play an integral role in launching special Campus Mobile events
• Build relationships with potential clients at Stanford and in Palo Alto
• Set up personal accounts for Stanford community members (faculty, staff, students) and business accounts for Palo Alto firms
• Provide clients with superb customer service and limited technical support
• Assist in special Campus Mobile events, including but not limited to ISO, marketing events, etc*
• Attend bi-monthly training sessions with Verizon account manager
• Keep records of all interactions with clients and potential clients
• Attend weekly meetings with executive team
• Manage inventory
• Report financials to SSE executive team
Basic Requirements
• Work 20 hrs per week during the summer
• Be available for International Student Orientations (9/9-9/20; work during this period will be full time @ 40hr/week)
• Current Stanford student preferred but not required
• Ability to work during school year is preferred
