Hi!
My name is Jonathan A. Fauerbach. I am 30 years old and from Argentina. I will begin as a Postdoc in Stanford University at Dr. Judith Frydman's lab in mid-June. My wife (Valentina) and I are looking for a place to live in around June 15th (maybe a bit sooner or later).
We are looking for a house or sublet bedroom (preferably) furnished (but not exclusive), not far away from the University. We don't mind sharing an app with other roommates (although if possible we do prefer a private bathroom). And we don't mind living outside the campus.
Very important, is that we'll be traveling with our cat (Isabella), so we are looking for a friendly-pet place
A bit about us. I am chemist and recently I have finished my PhD at the University of Buenos Aires. The reason we are moving to Stanford is because I got a position as a Postdoc at Dr Judith Frydman's lab (as I mentioned before). Valentina has also an University degree but in Art. She works mostly at home painting and doing her thing. We are quiet, clean and easy-going people. Isabella is our 2 year-old cat born and raise as an indoor cat, extremely quiet, she doesn't makes noises (ninja-style). I would like to point out that last year Isabella was castrated, so she is not so active (as before). She is super friendly with people (as we have raised her petting her all the time), not destructive, clean and even friendly to other animals... not joking! We intend to have her only in our room
If the place offered fits, I can show a true interest with a % reservation ($). Required deposits are not a problem. Pictures and address needed.
I can provide references from my employer (in Stanford) and an Argentinean couple who are studying and living in Stanford.
Please consider us as you would really help us, because we need to have a place to arrive and first settle. Remember can also meet my friends, who can go visit the place. And we can meet through skype.
Best Regards,
Dr. Jonathan A. Fauerbach (PhD)
