I'm looking for a summer sublease in Palo Alto. Just to get it out of the way I'm not eligible to live on the Stanford campus. Although I would enjoy living with Stanford students.
About me:
I am a female in my twenties. I grew up in the mid-west and went to school out east. I moved to the Bay Area nine months ago to work in the marketing department of a non-profit. I like my job and living in the Bay Area. I enjoy biking (to work or for fun), meeting new people and going to outdoor festivals. I am respectful of vegetarian and vegan life styles. I’m open to pets but don't have my own. I do not smoke.
I’d like to live with fellow 20 and 30 year-olds, young professionals or students, that have similar interests. I’m open to living with male and female roommates.
I am good at washing dishes!
Dates:
I'm interested in subleasing a room for June, July, and August. My dates are somewhat flexible. Mid-June through mid-September is also workable, since it lines up with the summer quarter (Stanford)!
Cost:
I’m hoping to stay under a $1000 for a room, max $1200.
Room:
I’m looking for a clean room with nice window(s) to let in lots of natural light for my cacti. I prefer furnished (but not essential) with hardwood floors. For security reasons, I prefer that my bedroom not be on the first floor.
I’m legit:
I can provide you with recommendations from past roommates, access to my LinkedIn profile and my credit score (very good). Of course I’ll share further information as needed.
