I will be a graduate student starting at Stanford in the Fall and am looking for a place with the following criteria:
- dog-friendly
- long-term lease
- 10-15 bike ride to Stanford
- $1,100/mo including utilities
I am clean, organized, and neither smoke nor do drugs. I laugh a lot, love the outdoors, and constantly stay active with sports and social activities during my time away from school and work. My dog is small (less than 10lbs) and is very friendly and well-trained. I pay my rent and bills on time so you don't have to worry about that! I can definitely provide references upon request (aka if all this sounds too good to be true or a lot like a Craigslist scam). Currently traveling abroad and am hoping to move into a place early July. Please let me know if you have anything available!
