We are a really reliable, respectful and fun couple (PhD graduate student and recent masters graduate) that have been together for 8 years and want to move in together. We are looking for a place anywhere between Stanford and Daily City starting around July 1 for a 1 year lease. Great credit reports as well as great references.

Our budgets are ~1300 for a 1br or ~1600 for a 2br with a little wiggle room based on how nice the place is.
Also important is a safe location.
