Hi! We're a married couple in our early thirties looking for a long term rental (we'll be here for 1 yr+) in an unfurnished 1 bedroom apartment/condo/in-law unit starting in June. We both have Ph.Ds and one of us is starting as a visiting scholar at Stanford with per diem for housing from the sponsoring institution, so our price range is flexible.

We're mellow people who mainly want to be within reasonable (~1.5 mile radius) walking (or biking) distance to public transportation. We don't have pets, kids or a car and we don't smoke. If you think we might be a good fit for your rental and you want more information, please let us know!
