I am a male Stanford student and want to live off campus somewhere close to Stanford University (ideally in Palo Alto). I am looking for a suitable roommate(s) with whom I can look for a nice apartment/house together. I will need housing starting from Sept Fall 2013 for about a year.
ABOUT MYSELF
I am chilled out, relatively clean/neat, reasonably social and easy to live with. Most of the time, I am going to be busy with my classes on campus at Stanford. In my free time, I like to work out, go to the gym, read books, watch movies and LOVE to travel. I have traveled internationally quite extensively, so am quite open to people from various cultures and backgrounds. I am happy to share references, Facebook / Linkedin profile, credit report and proof of ability to pay rent with prospective roommates.
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:
- I prefer to room with other Stanford student(s) if possible.
- I want to ideally live close to Stanford. 10-15 Biking Distance if possible.
- I am fine with both Male and Female roommates.
- Would prefer a furnished place with laundry facility on site.
- Rent: I am fine with 1000-1300$ monthly rent per person.
