I will be a graduate student and a graduate assistant coach for the football team starting this fall (August 2013). My fiance and I were recently informed by Stanford housing that there is a good chance we will not get on-campus housing this year, when I was previously told that we would. Given that my schedule will be pretty difficult and living on campus would be highly beneficial, we are in a bit of a tough spot now. We are looking for a one bedroom apartment (no shared room situation) or a house-sitting opportunity while a professor is on sabbatical. We would like to be as close to (if not on) campus as possible to help with my school and work schedule.

We are looking to keep the monthly rent between $1500 and $2000 per month. We are trustworthy, quiet, and very, very clean. Your place would be in good hands!! Move-in date would be anytime in July, and we can guarantee at least a one year lease, possibly longer.
