I am an engineering Ph.D. student who will be in need of housing within a reasonable distance to campus on or by August 15th.
Non-smoker, and no pets. Responsible with consistent income (academic fellowship) and 6 years of experience in property/renter management. Looking for a private room, preferably with a month-to-month lease but willing to consider longer-term. Would need a parking option and a place to store some athletic gear (surfboard, snowboard, and hockey equipment).
Need to stay at or under the $1100 mark. Less if commuting heavily. Willing to contribute general yardwork/etc. if that can help keep the rent affordable for me.
