I am going to arrive Stanford in August, as a visiting scholar, with my wife and 7 year old son. We need:

1, large size one bedroom or two bedrooom apartment (no more than 1,100 sf)
2,less than 2.5 miles from Campus
3,there is some elementray school nearby
4, furnished will be better, unfurnished is ok.
5, no more than $2600/month
