I'm looking for a long-term lease for a room in an apt/house/whatever else for me and my dog. She is very small (under 8lbs) and very friendly.
Requirements:
- up to 20 minute bike ride to center of Stanford campus
- yard so my dog can be outdoors while I'm at school (I don't like having her cooped up in a cage all day)
- washer/dryer in-unit
- $1,200/month
I am clean, organized, and neither smoke nor do drugs. I laugh a lot, love the outdoors, and constantly stay active with sports and social activities during my time away from school and work. I pay my rent and bills on time so you don't have to worry about that! I can definitely provide professional and personal references upon request (aka if all this sounds too good to be true or a lot like a Craigslist scam). Can provide deposit/pet deposit, a few months rent, and move in immediately.
