I've observed a lot of great guys not being able to make moves on girls due to self-esteem or confidence.

Please note that I only advice nice guys. If I think you are not a nice person and are there to manipulate women, I will not help you.

However, if you think you are nice guy who just clueless about women, I'd like to help you help yourself by talking to you, getting to know you better , and helping to show you how to show your true self to girls in a manner than makes you more comfortable with yourself. Being comfortable in your own skin is attractive to women but my focus is to increase your self esteem and make you confident with yourself since this addresses the root of problems, not the symptom.
