My partner and I are looking for two strong people to help us move from one Stanford apartment to another (Escondido Village to Munger) and we're willing to pay each person $35 for their assistance.
We will be moving mainly boxes of kitchen dishes, bedding, and suitcases of clothes (no furniture). Half of the boxes/items will be in a car (parked outside Munger) and the other half will be in the old apartment in Escondido Village.
This shouldn't take too long, especially with two helpers! We can't move into the new building until 4pm and I hope that we can be done by 5pm or 5:30pm at the latest. We only have two small cars worth of boxes/suitcases, both the buildings have elevators, and are only a few blocks apart from each other.
Please indicate in your response if you can bring your own car to help. We have one, but one more will make the move go even faster.
