Due to housing supply and demand, I have decided to explore the rich supply of uninhabited couches. I will consider anything ≥ your couch with a preference towards a room on campus. If you have a nice couch/futon --or even if you don't yet, but will consider purchasing one to take advantage of this excellent source of passive income-- I would like to reside upon it's well-grooved splendor.
I only have a duffel bag and a laptop, and will hide away my stuff every morning. Every now and then, I cook seafood pasta for my housemates...sometimes paella. I have a very stable source of good income (writing software for companies in the area) and don't possess body odor or unsightly apomorphies (like flagella), which in sum make me a great candidate for your couch!
